Don Bates is Managing Director for Media Distribution Services, the country’s

Don teaches two courses in Columbia University's Master's Degree Program
in Strategic Communications: business writing, and the required introductory
course, which covers the basics of strategically planning, managing and
evaluating institutional communications.

Dennis Bender
Denny Bender is Senior Vice President of Communications for one of America's
most successful nonprofits, Habitat for Humanity. His motto for job security
