at a new location.

As KDPaine & Partners moves into its third year, it is thrilled to announce that it is also moving into a new office building. Actually more of a cottage, the new building is still located at Shankhassick Farm in Durham, New Hampshire, but it's way out back from the present cramped above-the-garage quarters, and perched on the banks of the Oyster River.

Should you be visiting Paine & Partners on a fine spring day in the very near future, you would witness a small caravan of employees and friends carrying files, phones and furniture across the big back field, through the woods and down to the edge of the river. This secluded riverside site, some 12 miles upstream from the ocean at Portsmouth, NH and just a couple miles from the University of New Hampshire, is the ideal combination of serenity and accessibility. It is the location of a family cabin, built by Katie Paine's father and uncles in 1923, and was the site of many a celebration in front of its fireplace. The old cabin was recently torn down, but the fireplace will remain for future celebrations.

The new office building boasts a kitchen, conference room, T-1 line and a pier to tie up at in the river out front. Next time you visit seacoast New Hampshire, please stop in for a visit (call for tide information if you plan to dock).
