There are a lot of perceptions about what it’s like to work with millennial employees, so a lot of research has been conducted to gather more data about this generation and how they work.
Our June Stat of the Month highlights findings from various surveys and studies on millennial professionals. The information was sourced from a Deloitte study that surveyed more than 10,000 millennials and nearly 2,000 members of Gen Z from countries across the globe, a Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations survey comparing the answers of 420 millennial communications professionals and 420 managers, and an extensive research effort by Gallup to identify the six functional changes organizations and leaders should consider making.
