This month on The Measurement Standard, we’re looking at the next generation of communications leaders: the millennial generation.
Often described as entitled, lazy, and job-hopping, this generation has received considerable bad press. This TED Talk by millennial Daniela Zamudio offers a fresh perspective on “quitting”—which can also be characterized as cutting one’s losses quickly. She zeroes in on what it takes to find a chosen path, and how a thoughtful and planned approach to leaving paths that aren’t panning out as expected is the best way to achieve personal success.
